Established in 1990, The Alternative Board® has established and refined a proprietary process that maximizes entrepreneurial and company performance through a multi-faceted program including facilitated peer advisory boards, private business and executive coaching, strategic planning, leadership development, training, educational business workshops, foundational assessment tools and professional guidance. TAB Boards® are comprised of local owners, presidents and CEOs who run non-competing businesses. Members gather monthly to share experience and solve challenges to grow to the next level.
TAB Boards® consist of presidents, CEOs, owners and managing partners. Because no one lays claim to the member’s business, the result is no-holds-barred feedback and a sounding board for best business practices. Boards are facilitated by seasoned business consultants who moderate the meetings, and who coach each member in individual private sessions.
